Clean and the breakfast is delicious, especially considering the price. You can also enjoy free coffee from the machine outside of breakfast hours.

Jubia, receptionist, couldn't find a USPS Priority letter containing a Credit Card to me. She said it was not received. But in fact she didn't want to look after it. I went to USPS office twice and the USPS manager came to the hotel. Then "suddenly"when he brought the proof of receiving, Jubia went to finally do her job and found it. She is really lazy and couldn't care less...it is a shame...all the rest is OK.

Perfect location and great breakfast. The gym has a lot of workouts equipment and even provides apples. Wonderful stays for 7 nights

Everything that you would need for a stay you get here. Breakfast was included and had an okay amount of options. Valet parking is 50$ but can park one block down for 30$.

The Hotel itself was very clean.  Definitely great morning breakfast’s.  Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.  I would definitely recommend it if you need somewhere close to downtown town Denver.  The only reason why I gave it four stars for the location is I actually booked the wrong IHG location. So I was a little bit further away from where we needed to be, but I do love IHG hotels.

I used this hotel for an overnight stay before an early morning flight. I arrived earlier than the check-in time, but they allowed me to check in. However, when I entered the room, I was shocked to find that the previous guest's waste had not been flushed in the toilet. I immediately called the front desk, and they sent someone to clean it, but I've never experienced anything like this at a hotel before. I'm not sure if there was a miscommunication between housekeeping and the front desk, or if they simply missed something during cleaning, but it definitely made me question their hospitality.

The biggest plus of this small hotel is its proximity to the lively city center, close to all other amenities and tourist attractions. I was able to check in early (around 10:30 AM), which was really appreciated after spending the night on a train. The room is well-equipped, even with an iron. This place was almost a 5/5, but the sound insulation with neighboring rooms wasn't great. The air conditioning (a common issue in the USA) remained centrally controlled; even when I turned it off, the room stayed cold. One last point about breakfast... I didn't expect a gourmet buffet, but a minimum level of quality would have been nice (the eggs were rubbery and the coffee tasted like black water).
