Holiday Inn Express DENVER DOWNTOWN by IHG

Location was great, me and the wifey were in town to see the Phillies beat the Rockies!

Stay elsewhere. Our room lost power 3 times and the front desk night staff was less than helpful. We had to move all of our belongings in the middle of the night to a different room. No ice in any of the machines. Night front desk staff was condescending and sarcastically unprofessional. Don’t stay here. We spoke with management Sarah Crespo who advised to be refunded fully through Trip.com. We would like a refund, not a free room. She can be reached at 720.334.9204.

Room was super small, hallway smelled of heavy cigarettes even though it was none smoking, breakfast was horrible.

Four nights. One of four, July 28, room AC stopped around 2am and room was 76F. But other days were ok. Breakfast depends on the day, sometimes very good and the others like motel level. People were nice.

Nice breakfast and near red train service to union station. Has a gym for exercise

Staff was excellent, breakfast was good, room was immaculate, in a great location. Only downsides were the size of the bathroom, though the shower was roomy, and the parking, which was $44/day

Was in town to catch a Nuggets game. This hotel was perfectly situated, right next to 16th Street Mall. Rooms were spacious and well maintained. Gianni at the front desk was exceptionally warm and made us feel really welcome.

The room had a fridge and even a microwave. Loved the experience

Nice hotel staff. Good having free coffee service and breakfast.
