Hotel Teatro

When I got there the room that I paid for was a queen Superior suite with soaking tub and balcony they only had a balcony with no soaking tub. Next one day sent me to had a soaking tub but no balcony. I was tired by this time and said that it was acceptable but didn't realize the heat was not working it didn't get above 59°. They sent me to another room which was a king bed with a small soaking tub in a corner but no balcony. And by that time it was midnight and we went to sleep. Got up next morning and the room was gorgeous but needed some deep cleaning. This app won't let me upload pictures.

I’ve stayed here 30 times over the past 15 years. Consistently good to great, even during renovations. Really nice staff goes the extra mile. A well managed property with a kind business culture.

We stay here a lot and love it. The staff is excellent and the rooms are very comfortable. The location is perfect for downtown and for walking to Ball Arena.

Just an incredible stay! The staff was top notch and the best we’ve experienced at a hotel. From the Valet crew to Natalie who checked us in, as well as Oreo the sweet doggie, we could not have been happier with our stay. Perfectly clean room with all the amenities needed. Will absolutely be coming back here for any Denver trips.

The hotel is very pretty and unique on main floor and outside. Inside rooms are pretty dated and awkward--shower door hit toilet and wouldn't open fully outward. Rooms are DARK. The staff was wonderful each time we interacted with them, but there was a weird power outage of the entire building on our first day--unsure why this would even be a thing to schedule, ever? The lounge area was amazing with games to play when waiting for dinner reservations. The restaurant service was incredibly slow and overpriced. We went for breakfast and dinner but didn't even use up all of our "meal tickets" because it just wasn't worth it, I would suggest to go literally anywhere else. The pillows were completely flat feather pillows so bring your own if pillows are important to you. We asked for rooms together as a family of four, were placed about as far as you could possibly get from one another. Windows on 2nd floor were frosted over so no view, but worse was the gaping hole from the door to the outside letting cold air in all the time, and it smelled like BO in our room no matter what we did. The toiletries in the shower were rancid--not sure if they were just old or had been tampered with but the bottles looked rough shape and the shampoo literally smelled like Nair hair remover. Our older teens' room was better situated and seemed nicer, they at least could see out a window. Overall, it was an okay stay--the staff made up for some of the shortcomings.

First time staying here and will definitely make it our place to stay when attending events in the area. Pet friendly and close walking to Ball arena made it the reasons for staying. Everyone is super nice and helpful.

Beautiful hotel… friendly staff! Worth paying the upgrade for the king room with soaking tub!

The hotel was very clean and beautiful, the staff was beyond friendly making our stay perfect!
