We arrived after 10 pm. The lady in office said she had no bed for us, that we should go to somewhere else, that we should apply for refund with Trip.com, that she would put this down in file. I could not believe that a confirmed booking could be refused when we were on site. If Motel 6 oversold and selected us to reject, it could do better by processing through Trip.com to let us know earlier.

No microwave in any rooms and lobby door is locked for access to the only microwave to use thats in the lobby after 11pm depending on whom is working front desk.

Room was a bit rough even for a motel 6. People talking and outside the room all hours of the night. Hard to sleep it was so loud. The door to the room was warped and did not shut all the way at. A lot of creepy people around. Made sure to park by lights and a camera as it’s pretty sketchy! Front desk guy was nice. Would not stay again.

The room was dirty . When I woke up there were ants on the floor and the place was just gross. The manager has a bad attitude. I'm just curious whatever happened to customer service, it's a shame how bad customer service has gotten!!! I will say this the next two nights we decided to go to Motel 6 in Greenwood village and it was a 100% better the customer service was terrific and the rooms were definitely cleaner.

The door was broken and the room was very loud you could hear the cars on the highway all night. Also I’m not safe area. Would not stay here again.
