We were so upset that Double Tree Hilton would not work with us at all when our concert was canceled. We tried to cancel on the 15th and our reservation was on the 18th. We called numerous times and spoke to numerous people, but no one was willing to help with something beyond our control. We had proof that the artist canceled short notice and we are from out of state. Still, no one would help and we were charged an entire night even though we tried canceling well before 24hrs.

The staff was amazing. The hotel was perfect conveniently located for shopping and lots of food choices. The restaurants inside the hotel served delicious meals.

The public space was incredibly cold. I had to wear a coat to use the elevator to my room. Same in the restaurant. Lots of small quality/issues that added up compared to other hotels I have stayed at in the area; torn seats on desk chair, no shampoo in bathroom, TV guide did not work properly...nothing major but lots of small things that added up.

Enjoyed the view from the upper floor, was quiet and comfortable. Parking was ideal. Some mechanical functions could be improved however good accommodation.

Room was okay, seemed like the thermostat and unit didn’t work very well. Bathroom could have been cleaner, shower floor needs updating. Shower door didn’t shut all the way so water leaked onto the floor. Had only half a roll of toilet paper when we showed up, no coffee mugs but had lids, no bar soap and no tissue box. Seemed like everything was overlooked in order to get the room ready from previous guests. Hotel lobby is very nice but misleading to what the rooms are like.

Everything was perfect except the parking on the lower level, is hazardous, not easy to park at all. The poles are on the way. Also nowhere is mentioned as customers we have to pay for parking.
