EastParc was excellent for our 8yr old he absolutely loved all the activities and the facilities are great. The activities are impeccably clean and the staff are excellent. Breakfast has a lot of options and again the staff are very helpful and lovely. The room was a good size with a large balcony. The only slight downside was the bathroom - it could do with a bit of an update but was functional overall. Check staff were also very helpful and friendly.
We were pleasantly surprised with how good this hotel staff was.
We stayed 3 nights at the M Club room. All things were good. Next to the best mall in Jogja, the Pakuwan Mall. It's located just on the ring road. Quiet but busy area. Easy access to most places, 1 hour to Borobudur Temple, 30 minutes to Prabanan, and 25 minutes to the Malioboro area. Lounge access was good. Staff service was excellent. We were given a connecting room as requested. Will come to stay again for sure.

RRizqiGreat place to hang up with family. I came up to this hotel with my my 2 kids, and they're sooo happy to stay. Got scooter rent from front desk to room, many kids activities such as feeding animals, riding horses, and playground. Totally recommend this place to you
GGuest UserWe stayed here for 2 nights and really enjoyed the hotel.. the room was quite clean and spacious. The breakfast was also delicious.. although they don't provide bottled mineral water, there are dispensers in each corner of the room hallway to refill at any time. It's just that the bathroom shower area has a bad slope so the remaining shower water still pools and makes the floor slippery. Several times my child slipped while taking a shower. And also the parking lot is narrow. The rest is all ok.. thx Grand Keisha hopefully I can go there again another time..
IiphuriosThe room is good for its price. Situated at the back of Ambarrukmo Plaza, Yogya’s one of the top end mall, the Victoria hotel is a great choose for me and my friend while we exploring the city.
First of all, the price is very affordable, and at this price range, the benefit that I got from what the hotel is offering is worth it.
Unlike many other hotel at its price range, the room is not cramped. It is well maintained that I don’t feel like I’m in some sort of budget hotel or anything. Amenities provided are also complete, they have indoor one time use slippers, one time use toothbrush, shower gel and shampoo.
My room is the Deluxe and is suppose to face the pool, but it is quite in the front so my view is someone else’s property, I had to peek and press my cheek to the window to see the pool from my room. The deluxe room is also come with large glass window on the bathroom wall that face inside. They are great for couple, but luckily, it has shutter so it also great for family and friends. These two are what distinguish the deluxe and superior room.
Overall, I am very satisfied with my visit and would definitely choose Victoria hotel again in the future for my stay.
AAnonymous UserNot a 5 star hotel standard. Okay for local customer, NOT for foreigner.
1. Check-in fast: staff is nice
2. Hygiene is terrible: blood stain, ink stain found at the beding and pillows. Cleaning staff well trained to hide the stain. 2 nights slept with the blood stained bedding. Towel is dirty, can't use.
3. Room: curtains cannot block sun light, will make you wake up at 6 in the morning. Room sound proof needs improvement, balcony door is locked BUT with gap, street sound directly comes in.
4. Spa: menu at the room with each service price listed. BUT the ridiculous spa reception informed minimum charge 320,000 IDR no matter which section you chose.
5. Location is fair, close to all.
QQimaqukanhailaThis is the longest and most satisfying hotel I have stayed at during this trip to Yogyakarta. The price/performance ratio is very high. The hotel swimming pool is clean and the scenery is unparalleled. You can see the volcano both during breakfast and in the swimming pool, and you can take beautiful photos. The room is spacious and well-equipped. It is the best choice for traveling with children. The bed in the room is quite big and there is a super large bay window. It is convenient to eat in the city. Go to the street and turn right. Not far away, there is a small shop with halal dishes and beef soup. The steak is super delicious and cheap. I really want to go again! One of the pictures is the volcano taken in the room, which can only be taken in the morning when the weather is good.
GGuest UserI was staying for 8 nights in this hotel and my son was very happy staying there, all of the staff were very friendly and very polite, whenever I needed something they responded very quickly, food was always delicious and what make me happy the most is my son always eat properly when I bought the food from the hotel cause he is a very fussy eater, would definitely recommend it to my friends and family and would definitely stay here again whenever I come back to Jogja. Thank you 🙏

GGrace1004When I entered the hotel entrance using Grab, it was so narrow that even the Grab driver was embarrassed.
However, I would like to give it a generous score thanks to the friendly staff.
In particular, the pizza I ordered through room service was an excellent choice!!
I highly recommend it because it’s so delicious!!
The location of the accommodation was a little far from Malioboro, but we chose a place close to the church to go to church on Sundays, so we are satisfied with the location.
The room was clean, but a bit old, and the swimming pool was smaller and dirtier than expected, which was disappointing.
KKen Kurihara+ good location, so many restaurants, cafes, and convenient stores around, close to a big mall as well, nice gym and a great infinity pool with view, and very affordable for the room that you get, staffs were nice, mini kitchen and utensils
- the non-smoking room still had smoke smell left, dusts in the corners, smelly cabinets (there are a lot of cabinets but we ended up not using them bcs of the odor).
Recommended for a short stay, hopefully they can clean up the room and the bad odor inside all the cabinets more thoroughly
