全面禁煙房，結果到時房間煙霧瀰漫，房間也未整理，桌椅盡是灰塵，有一間廁所也有異味，飯店大堂凌亂不堪。因為trip.com 沒有任何平論，只有顯示不准兒童入住，雖然評價不高，以為只是不准兒童入住。有評價為何看不到評論。早上8:20要出門上行李才發現大門上大鎖，叫半天也沒人回應。還請貴平台代為聯絡，還好未發生事情，服務態度也不佳。我們也是自行離開，未有任何飯店的人出現，
