Holiday Inn DEQING XINSHI ANCIENT TOWN by IHG

This was my first time in Deqing, and my stay at the Holiday Inn Xinshi Ancient Town was fantastic! There were four of us – two seniors with a child – and we booked two rooms. A special shout-out to Xiao Qin at the front desk and Xiao Chen from concierge. The staff provided incredibly thoughtful and attentive service, taking great care of the elderly and even giving the child candies and a small toy, which made them very happy. The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient to explore the ancient town, and the environment is very elegant. The meticulous and heartwarming service made us feel truly comfortable. I highly recommend it; we'll definitely choose to stay here again next time we visit Xinshi!

On a business trip, the location was excellent and the room was nice. I went out for a long walk at night.

Facilities: The hotel is divided into several buildings, each with two or three floors, offering great privacy. The central courtyard is beautiful, and the breakfast restaurant has a lovely courtyard view with a pond, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. Cleanliness: Very clean. Environment: It's located by the canal, just a short walk to the ancient town, with plenty to explore. Service: Everyone was very enthusiastic. The tea brewing around a stove is only available outdoors.

Five-star review! The environment is clean and tidy, with a cozy yet grand layout, and the hygiene details are impeccable. The front desk staff were gentle and attentive, making the entire experience fantastic. They even gave us a small gift when we left. The room had great natural light and ventilation, and the facilities were brand new and easy to use, making for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The breakfast selection was rich and delicious. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied!

The receptionist, Amy, was kind and attentive, and the hotel's location had a resort feel. It's a great place to kill some time, relax, and unwind. The only downside was the room cleanliness. Although the floor and wall tiles were quite durable, the grout lines still needed a thorough cleaning. The shower water pressure was low, and there was no overhead shower, which really worried someone like me who's afraid of showers. I didn't expect this to happen in a relatively new mid-range hotel. However, since most of the guests were elderly, and those who are afraid of showers don't seem to stay here often, it shouldn't be a big problem.
