發黴氣味重，出風口周圍及牆上都發黴，冷天沒得控制開關暖氣！説是10度以下，自動開暖氣，第一晚感受到有，第二晚就沒有了；浴室的玻璃門很重，比較難關上，下次回去不會再選這了。

我來這邊出差的 已經住了快半個月了，因為我可能看錯了訂單選擇了其他房型也沒注意，相差了兩塊錢，説是要補差價20，我就直接換房了，都已經住了半個月了跟我計較這些，今天是最後一天這個酒店住了，以後也不想來，換地方了。

房間空調一股黴味，地毯好臟，馬桶臭得不行，一陣陣味道撲鼻而來，毛巾黑乎乎的，估計開業到現在都沒有換過

首先房間設施非常老舊，空調聲音特別大，影響睡眠。其次，自助早餐品種少，葷菜衹有鹵雞蛋、雞肉腸和腸粉淋汁兒豬雜，也沒有牛奶。咖啡是速溶飲料機檔次！就這種條件，服務員還好像看賊一樣！自己沖掛耳咖啡不讓用餐廳桶裝熱水，要出去餐廳用大堂飲水機！我們是高速堵車臨時住一晚，第二天七點隨便吃一口趕路的，孩子想喝酸奶（那種你在超市都看不到的品牌），但我們趕時間，就讓孩子邊走邊喝！服務員竟然不讓！説這是打包！媽呀，五星級酒店都不會這樣服務！這是我住過服務最離譜的酒店
