Wutong Shouwang Hostel

We stayed as a group of 10 friends, in the capsule rooms and the couple rooms. Great relationship quality price, and the hosts were very nice. Nice outdoorsy area, and well connected for hiking in Moganshan.

The host was very hospitable and friendly, and was willing to go out of his way. He patiently gave me travel suggestions, and even gave me a ride to a nearby area to begin my journey. I ended up staying 2 nights one of the private rooms and it was clean and comfortable. The location is great and close to Moganshan, given the affordable price. I had a very positive experience and enjoyed chatting to him, his dogs are adorable and love to play with strangers :) Thank you boss!

The hosts were kind and apologetic, but my stay was unfortunately not very positive. I arrived around 6pm in complete darkness, and the entrance was very poorly lit. With no one to greet me and 3 dogs suddenly running towards me barking in the dark, the arrival was quite frightening. The “capsule” room I had booked couldn’t be locked, the mattress was very thin, and the bathroom was dated, not very clean, and also without a lock. In mid November, with cold nights and limited insulation, it wasn’t very comfortable. The location is relatively close to Moganshan, but without a car, I didn't find it that convenient. Had I known all this beforehand, I would have chosen a different place.

Very clean. The space capsules are excellent if you are just looking for a neat clean place to sleep. The village has a lot to offer. The owner and his wife are very friendly and helpfull. I would definitely stay here again. It is a budget friendly option.
