I slept for 5 hours in the afternoon and woke up more than a dozen times. There were either various mechanical engines roaring outside, or aunts and uncles chatting outside, which made me nervous! I waited until after 6 o'clock to get up, and I couldn't stand it anymore, so I checked out and said I couldn't stay anymore, it was too noisy. The front desk didn't even apologize at all, and even sneered a little, as if asking why they couldn't even stand this little noise, so I changed to another hotel to check in. I also specifically chose the hotel with the highest rating to stay in. I won’t talk about the accommodation conditions, nor the water heater. The basic sleep quality cannot be guaranteed. I don’t think this is a good hotel. Later, I negotiated with Ctrip whether I could check out, after all, I checked out at 6 o’clock. After negotiation, Ctrip said that the merchant disagreed and said that I had already checked in and could only change my room. I asked why they didn’t give me a quiet room at the beginning? I am very satisfied with Ctrip’s active handling, but I don’t understand why there is such a hotel with false scores on this platform? In short, people with shallow sleep should avoid this hotel, and the deaf can ignore it.
