The environment is great, quiet and relaxing. The common areas are exceptionally well-designed for Hangzhou, perfect for photos. The noodles and wontons for breakfast were also delicious. It's a great spot for friends or couples, and you can even go for a hike in the morning.

Fantastic, and the service was excellent too. The room was spacious and comfortable, offering great value for money – I really think the price was worth it. Free minibar on the first round: The minibar selection was also quite extensive. I highly recommend their bath oil and tea bags; both are excellent. I even bought the full-sized versions online after I got home.

A very stylish place! The air is fresh and clean, the service is excellent, and the front desk staff are really lovely. It's perfect for a vacation, and the hotel offers fantastic photo opportunities. The wontons with bamboo shoots are absolutely delicious!

The overall decor is very French-inspired, and the rooms are quite spacious. Breakfast was a bit monotonous, but overall, it's perfect for a relaxing weekend. It's more convenient if you drive there. The staff were all very friendly and proactive in resolving any issues.

I highly recommend this hotel. It's exceptionally clean; among the many hotels I've stayed at costing 2000 RMB and above, this one felt the cleanest. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. It's a fantastic choice for a vacation, a relaxing getaway, or a trip with friends. Their breakfast is superb, offering a wide variety of options, and definitely provides great value for money. Overall, an excellent stay.

The hotel boasts a wonderful ambiance, and its design aesthetic is truly on point. It was incredibly comfortable to stay here, and I thoroughly enjoyed unwinding for two days. Both dinner and breakfast at the restaurant were quite good. Exploring the local farmhouse restaurants and noodle shops down the mountain was also a nice treat. The only real downside was the shower. It lacked proper wet-dry separation, relying only on a shower curtain, which meant a large part of the bathroom floor would get completely soaked after showering. Additionally, the shower head had very weak water flow and insufficient pressure. And to top it off, the bathwater came out yellowish 😂. Despite these minor issues, everything else was fantastic, and I would definitely return!

The design aesthetic is truly on point, with a wonderful rustic, wilderness feel. There are no recreational facilities, and the surroundings are quite remote, making it perfect for just relaxing and unwinding in your room. At over 3000 (yuan), it feels a bit overpriced; I'd say it's only worth it if it's under 2000. Upon check-out, they give you a small souvenir and then ask you to leave a positive review. The butler even prepares the text and photos for you to simply copy-paste. While it's something I probably would have done anyway, they started hounding me for it before I even got home. Seriously, do I owe you something? And for two packets of tea from their own tea garden? That's hardly worth the constant nagging... Don't be so desperate!

The renowned M Village Hotel boasts an truly excellent location, with impressive overall design and attention to detail. This is likely thanks to its first owner, a Frenchman with great taste. The property has since been sold to a wealthy Chinese businessman, but I wouldn't be surprised if it changes hands again in the future. The rooms are nice, and the swimming pool is very photogenic, but to my surprise, the water was salty!
