鏡燈有時候不亮，門的反鎖釦壞了。環境很安靜，店家服務挺好。山上吃東西太貴，人均一百多吧，不過味道不錯。

酒店就在莫干山景區，離景交車換乘中心很近，提前訂好酒店，小車可以直接開上山，非常方便。酒店乾淨衞生，服務態度好，早餐不錯，晚餐也是在酒店吃的套餐，味道不錯。酒店周邊環境好，早上空氣新鮮，非常適合散步。

酒店的位置真的相當相當好，在換乘中心附近，自駕和坐上下山接駁都很方便，周邊吃飯也相當多，酒店自己的餐廳也不錯，房間也很乾凈

莫干山水皆温柔 雲庭服務暖人心
蔭山地氣暖，酒家雲庭佳。莫幹風景美，服務送千家。旅遊數百次，一次簡單的問候，初次體會到什麼叫暖心的服務。人説莫干山風景好，開啟了我對德清山水美景的無限遐想。懷揣着這份期待，兒子為兩老訂了去德清的高鐵，並就近預訂了蔭山街雲庭酒店。10月26日行程前，晚上8點一個電話使我感動萬分。雲庭姑娘打電話詢問是否預訂了她們酒店三晚的住宿？我説是的！她接着就告訴我，是否加個微信？把怎麼行程發給我。告訴我德清高鐵站1、打車（或者高鐵站旁邊客運站坐Y1公交車）2、莫干山旅遊集散中心（庾村）3、購買套票坐接駁車十幾分鐘左右，告知駕駛員，雲庭酒店門口下車。27日上午我們踏上了去往德清的旅程，10點40左右剛出高鐵站，雲庭姑娘又來電詢問是否已到德清？是否打車還是坐公交車？如打車就幫我們聯繫網約車。我告訴她上午的公交已過時，我們準備吃完午飯再坐公交車，她説到酒店門口接我們。下午1點我們坐Y1公交車到達莫幹旅遊集散中心，並辦理了接駁中心的專車直達莫干山景區。而在這段旅程中，我不僅領略到了莫干山彎延曲折的驚險山路，同時初步臨掠瞭如詩如畫的美景，到到雲庭酒店更被雲庭酒店那熱情、周到、貼心的服務態度深深打動，雲庭姑娘不但熱情的迎接，而且幫拉行李，一直送到賓館房間並告訴各項注意事項。真正讓我們體會到“景區風景美，服務態度佳”的真諦。讓遊人感受到了家的温暖。
