LOSTVILLA(Moganshan Yucun)

Absolutely stunning! Hidden away in the bamboo forest of Yucun, this all-white building with its natural wood design is both minimalist and luxurious. The room was cozy and elegant, with soft bedding, and the floor-to-ceiling windows framed the lush green mountains perfectly. The butler service was attentive and thoughtful, helping with luggage, preparing breakfast and late-night snacks, and even arranging lots of little gifts for the kids. The pool, courtyard, and terrace are all incredibly picturesque. It’s a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle, full of healing vibes – a must-stay artistic escape in Moganshan!

The staff were incredibly patient, making the whole check-in process smooth and stress-free from the moment we arrived. If you're traveling with a baby, this is definitely the place to stay; it saves so much hassle. They also provided great emotional support, which really added to the joy of our trip.

The room overall was great, and the surroundings were beautiful, making for a very comfortable stay. It was also perfect for taking photos. What really surprised us was the service; every single staff member was incredibly kind, attentive, and paid attention to even the smallest details. They were all so lovely, even my husband commented on how responsible and excellent the service was from each lady. It's also very close to You Village, so we enjoyed leisurely walks there morning and evening. It's great for kids, even little ones will find it enjoyable. We arrived at noon and ate directly at their restaurant; the food was surprisingly delicious. Breakfast was very generous, and they even offered red bean soup in the evenings. The butler was also very thoughtful, checking in on various details promptly.

I've stayed at Lost Villa several times and have always been very satisfied. 👍🏻 The manager at the Yucun branch is exceptionally warm and welcoming. She always checks in on my mom, asking how her day was, and always greets us with a smile. The entire room has a very artistic feel to it, and despite being in the heart of the town, it feels like a hidden gem. It's super convenient to get to the square and nearby popular spots. They even offer complimentary dessert 🍮 in the evenings. Although the TV had a minor issue, it was resolved quickly. 👍🏻 Coming to Moganshan is all about relaxing, and overall, I'm very happy with my stay. I'll definitely be staying at more Lost Villa properties in the future! ‼️

It's been a while since I've written such a detailed review. I've known about Dalezhimeng for a long time, and since I was in Moganshan, I decided to book a stay. However, I have to say I was greatly disappointed. My friend and I couldn't get a twin room, so we booked a family room with two large beds. 1. The first eight photos are of this family room from every angle. Putting aside how dangerous this design is for children, even as two adults, we bumped our legs countless times in the room. The entrance was so narrow that only one person could squeeze through. 2. The mirror light in the bathroom was broken, and no one checked it before we checked in. 3. Because the space was so small, we had nowhere to put our belongings, and when something fell on the floor, we discovered what's shown in picture nine. Besides a small area by the bedside, the rest of the floor under the bed was covered in dust. No wonder both of us, being allergic to dust mites, started sneezing as soon as we entered. 4. The soundproofing was terrible, and the common area wasn't large. That afternoon, a family with kids checked in and were constantly shouting. After being woken up, we contacted the front desk, and only then did they address it. They should really remind other guests beforehand. 5. The front desk and other staff were all kind and polite, which was great. However, regarding the promised handicraft activities and pigeon food, no one ever offered or asked us about them. 6. There was no one on duty at night, which is something I've never seen before. But all our belongings were kept at the front desk, which I suppose was convenient in a way.

I came for a trail running event, and this hotel is really close to Yucun Square. Overall, it was very clean, and my room was quiet and tidy with a balcony. They even provided some fruit, which was a nice touch. I know people will be wondering about directions. My only suggestion would be for breakfast to be served earlier when there are races in Moganshan, rather than strictly at 8 AM. They did offer ginger tea when I returned, which I really appreciated. I didn't try any of the other facilities, so I can't comment on those.

Facilities: Absolutely superb, they've thought of everything! Next time, I'm definitely booking a bigger room! Cleanliness: Spotless. The butlers were very attentive, and the cleaning staff did an excellent job! Ambiance: The design is so comfortable and relaxing, it's wonderful. Service: A huge thank you to all the butlers for their meticulous care. The ladies worked tirelessly from morning till night, truly dedicated and with super friendly attitudes. Special shoutout to Yunyun, who was incredibly helpful! I didn't catch the names of the other butlers, but they were all just as dedicated! Five stars! Will definitely stay at Dalezhimeng (DALE JOYLAND) again! Oh, and the food was absolutely delicious. I was planning on lining up at some trendy网红 restaurants outside, but the hotel food was so good I just kept ordering from their menu, haha!

The room was very clean with great views, and I had a fantastic experience! The hygiene was excellent; the room felt quite new. Facilities were complete. The butler service was incredibly thoughtful, and everyone was very kind. They even picked us up for parking and provided a welcome kit upon check-in, along with a fruit platter. In the evening, they brought sparklers so we could enjoy some fireworks, and we received a farewell gift when we checked out. Breakfast was abundant, and the handmade wontons were especially delicious.

The decor is a unique blend of Huizhou and Japanese styles, featuring white walls, gray tiles, and bluestone pathways. The natural wood furniture exudes a sense of relaxation, with every corner feeling like a thoughtfully designed picture frame. The atmosphere is incredibly comfortable, perfectly integrating into local life while maintaining privacy. Opening the window reveals lush greenery or a sea view, which is incredibly therapeutic. The service is exceptional; the butler was attentive and thoughtful throughout our stay, from the welcome tea upon check-in to breakfast recommendations and even responding to late-night requests. Their meticulous care made us feel completely at ease. We'll definitely be back!
