Derby is Derby! The room is small but clean and comfortable. Great shower. Manager was amazing. As it is a very limited restaurant, mostly takeaway for the locals, he cooked us a roast dinner to help feel at home.

My eldest daughter and I needed a last-minute place to spend the night whilst my youngest spent a night in Derby Hospital and this place had the last available room in town. Luckily for us, not only was it a brand new room with wonderful amenities (Google TV, unlimited hot water and amazing shower, full-size fridge and freezer and very comfortable bed) the hospitality and kindness shown by our hosts (Michael and Brooke) was next level - two of the best hosts we’ve experienced during our whole 2 month round Australia trip. Thanks so much guys…!

My friend and I stayed for three nights. We had a queen room each. Good value for money. Clean and hygienic. Friendly staff. Recommended- would stay again.

This place was amazing, I needed too switch motels at midnight due to incident at the other motel and they made the time to come in and help out with a room in the middle of the night for me!😁 the people here are very truth worthy and make you feel homely, as a government worker I recommend staying here, definitely would come here again 😁
