A weekend at the derby quad cinema just around the corner Hotel great lovely location all nice and clean staff always on hand to help. Huge breakfast and used the hotel restaurant even with a convention and wedding still lots of room and quite places to have a coffee. All good. But get a taxi from the station. I walked nearly killed me.

I was also very impressed by the cleanliness of the facility. Every area was spotless, well-maintained, and hygienic, reflecting the high standards upheld by the team. The clean and organized environment greatly enhanced the overall experience and provided a sense of comfort and confidence.

Had an excellent stay here with my partner and three children- the rooms were interconnecting which made our stay perfect! The rooms were clean and spacious and the breakfast was lovely! The location is ideal, a short walk to everything- highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Location is good, quiet. Around 20 minute walk from train station. The price is not that expensive. Rooms are big enough. However, the floors seem to be not so good as we can hear the walking from the room above us. Staff are really nice. Overall, still a very good hotel. Will come back if I get a chance.

Top marks to Leighton (staff member), very polite and courteous and helped us solve a couple of problems with ease and friendliness. Lovely clean rooms, tasty breakfast. 6th floor was very quiet at night even though it was a weekend. Easy walking distance to the city centre and river walk back to the railway station.

Never cleaned our rooms or gave us fresh towels, left thr prompts for them and they were ignored. When i mentioned it to staff on checking out, i got a snappy attitude and felt like she took it personal. Was shocked at her response i had to walk away.
