Leonardo Hotel Derby

Girl on reception who was offering preseco was very friendly and helpful, girl behind  desk I think she hadn’t been there long was a rabbit in head lights, got breakfast order wrong ( over charged) maybe new to job so don’t want to be too harsh, couldn’t get a coffee at the bar due to the coffee machine was broken, no proper wine glasses, staff were efficient and helpful though.

Fantastic stay hotel very clean. Upgraded to executive room and overall lovely stay. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing Hotel. Love it. We will back there for sure!! Parking at extra COST £8 PER DAY. I'm used to free parking for customers. But when you have a Ryanair ticket and have to pay for a seat even though you can't stand, I'm no longer surprised by what money can do. 🫣 But as a Hotel 10/10 😀 Breakfest 10/10 👍

Absolutely lovely place to stay... I have 2 boys aged 11,12 and we all slept extremely well and was treated amazing by the staff. Very pleasant and extremely polite. Room was on point with cleanliness I can't fault the room at all except there was really poor signal on the television which resulted in us not being able to watch on it but it gave us more time to explore the city which is only a few mins walk and yet of an evening we was not disturbed one bit by noise or nightlife at all ... Will be rebooking without a doubt as we visit kids dad once a month . The bath was also amazing . Well done guys you definitely have 3 repeat customers in us

Beautiful weekend stay at the Leonardo in Derby once again. Fabulous room with upgrade to executive and staff were excellent as always. Wonderful service given with special mention to Merrick who went above and beyond to support and assist us in every way during our stay! See you again soon ☺️

Very clean and friendly staff, all amenities you’d need, good for my stay which was for the football.

I had a good stay but was slightly put off by the cleanliness standard. Didn’t look like the carpet had been hoovered properly and toilet seat hadn’t been wiped and this was after I had to request a room change because I found an opened drink bottle in the first room.

Pretty good overall for what we paid. Great location. Room was adequate. Bed was a small double and pillows not amazing but shower was excellent. Overall clean. Service can be a little slow so online check in may be a good option.

The hotel was very clean and our room was spacious. A generous amount of teas and coffee on offer also. Will be staying again in future.
