Check-in is available at 3pm. The room and bathroom are large, but the windows are smaller than the room. The windows of other rooms in the building opposite have no view. The windows are locked and cannot be opened. I contacted the front desk and said that all the windows in the hotel cannot be opened, but because there are ventilation facilities, There was no feeling of depression during my stay. The bed was comfortable and clean. WiFi is slow. The location is close to the city center and a 30-minute walk to the train station. The service attitude of the hotel was poor. I paid in advance to stay for 3 nights. Due to an emergency at home, I only stayed for two nights. After many negotiations with the hotel, the hotel would not refund the remaining 1 night's prepaid room fee.

The hotel facilities are very new. It feels good to stay in it. It is quiet and not noisy. The breakfast in the hotel is very rich. The attitude of the service staff makes me feel very comfortable. I will stay here again next time

Our experience was poor due to lack of car parking provided for the Premier Inn. After a five hour drive we ended up circling around the centre of Derby several times before finding a car park some distance away. No clear signs to indicate where to park. Arrived feeling very stressed and found that facilities onsite had just closed. I would not book to stay in this hotel again.

Excellent customer service from Joshua. Had a bad experience with rude person at PI call centre and Joshua sat and listened then ensured we had a fantastic stay. I would highly recommend this Premier Inn, mainly due to excellent manager but also great location, lovely food and you feel looked after.

worst time of my life. i've come back ill! took 30 mins to check in 2 payments were made out of my account not one! food was discusting and ended up with food poisoning. no coffee avalible. room had no ventilation so ended up with coming back with a chest infection. was told to contact guest customer relations and never heard back and not received any payments back.

Stayed here 4 nights over Easter weekend .Hotel busy ,room overlooking river with walk in shower which is a big plus. Spoke to reception on several occasions . Josh always pleasant and efficient and quick to deal with any request .Have stayed here on several times and will be returning again soon.

Room was spacious and whole hotel, including room was spotless. As always, the menu at the restaurant has a good variety of food and drinks. Friendly and helpful staff. No problem, would definitely return

I stayed on 19th march for one night. The room was fine and had a great view of the river. The staff were really helpful also in regards to my keycard issue. However, the breakfast was abysmal. I couldn't tell wether it was cold bacon or ham. Fried eggs were under cooked and we heard the chef swear and she seemed unhappy. We will not be returning!
