Giriş yaptıgımız andan cıkana dek resepsiyonda dünyalar tatlısı İftihar Hanım ve tüm çalışanlar güleryüz ve profesyonellikleriyle son derece memnun kalmamıza sebep oldu .Odalar çok temiz ve taş konak olması sebebiyle çok etkileyici ve güzel döşenmişti ortam harikaydı.Sabah kahvaltısı acık büfe ve akşam yemekleri özellikle ara sıcaklar ve mezeler enfesti.Ürgüp zaten çok güzel bir yer otelin konumu merkezi ve manzarası mükemmeldi. Yine gidersem başka yerde kalmayı düşünmem , iki çocugum ve eşimle güzel anılar biriktirmemize sebep oldugunuz için teşekkür ederiz

Capadoccia is magical and Dere Suites complements the magic. The rooms are beautiful, carefully decorated and equipped with everything you need. The bed itself is very comfortable so we could rest well after a week of intense touring throughout Türkiye. Sodik at reception was super attentive and always addressed our requests with kindness and professionalism. Thank you Sodik!

Simply beautiful. Authentic cave rooms. All were different. Very large. Some with baths. The beds were very comfy and warm. The restaurant for breakfast was great. Free coffee at reception. Location was perfect. Walk to restaurants and shops. So good.

Overall, I liked my stay, however, two major issues made me not satisfied for coming back here in future:
1) They say the rooms are "soundproofed", but you would hear every sound from other rooms and people talking in the communal areas. They don't have community standards to make the place quiet for others, at least after 11 pm or so. So anyone can make any noise in the communal areas without any timing restrictions.
2) The bedding was not comfortable as well.

I am glad I had this hotel as my accomodation on my first ever trip to Turkey. The room is clean, spacious and unique. The amenities were great which includes wifi, smart tv, and a jacuzzi bathtub. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is also very close to the city to get food and souvenirs.

Best ever property or hotel that I have stayed at. Amazing staff. Amazing hospitality. The location is awesome. When we visited between Feb 17-20, it snowed just a week before making this location & Cappadocia even better. The staff is even better - Umut, Duygu, Backie, Gamze, Fifi, Sali & Asli. Can't forget two mention two cuties - Golden Retriever Lemon & English Cocker Rex. They made our stay even more memorable. Would recommend this to anyone who plans to come to Cappadocia.

Amazing place to stay. The room was spacious and clean but above all the staff were super friendly polite and attentive. Would certainly stay again we had an amazing experience there. Would recommend to all friends
