The blower for the A/C was very loud and rattled every time it turned on. The bathroom door was very creaky. Other than that everything was great!

Breakfast was busy, there was plenty of food and staff. Front desk was warm and friendly. Parking was easy. Check in took 5 minutes. I would stay there again.

Staff was very helpful and courteous. Hotel is in a nice location if you will be using the event center and parking is free. The hotel however needs updating. Our sheet was ripped on top and it was obvious the repair attempt was unsuccessful, yet it was on our bed. Bathroom was terribly small and door didn’t open and close without sticking. Toilet paper holder was broke and why shampoo and conditioner was in the shower but no body wash?

Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. Only complaint are the pillows. They need to invest in full sized pillows. They are the size of a small square throw pillow.

Refrigerator wasn't working. Microwave wasn't working.. wasn't my job to make sure it was plugged in.. but the room was clean

I was here for a conference at the event center. I had a nice room with a beautiful view of the Des Moines river. Beds were comfortable, staff were helpful and pleasant and it was an easy walk to conference. Breakfast was fine with hot and cold options. I had a problem with my tv and staff got it fixed immediately.
