Overall, this is a great hotel. We stayed here because of the free parking and the room having a full-size fridge.
There is free, off-street parking, the area feels pretty safe, and there is a huge breakfast setup with oatmeal, breads, waffles, eggs, bacon, cheese... it's a true breakfast and not the sad continental breakfast you get at most places.
The two things that could be improved is that where they keep the luggage carts block the intercom and key swipe for after-hours entry, which can be a problem if you have limited mobility and are unable to move the carts or if you are juggling items and don't have hands free. Not a huge deal, but something that could be improved upon.
Also, they use the terrible polyester sheets on the bed, which are like sleeping in a trash bag. It means that we had to crank up the A/C to just be cool enough to sleep. I get that they are supposedly less maintenance, but they are terribly uncomfortable.
