avid hotel CHICAGO O’HARE – DES PLAINES by IHG

Superb spacious hotel with great facilities, super clean and the best night receptionist ever! My son left his mobile in the Uber and Muz went above and beyond to help him get it back from the Uber driver. This receptionist was the most friendliest, most helpful and nicest guy we have come across. The Avid Hotel are so lucky to have him and we would not hesitate to stay at the Avid again. The breakfast lady was also amazing and super helpful. Fantastic hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The room and the entire hotel looked like it was recently renovated. The bathroom and the shower was clean. The only drawback I would say was it the room smelled a bit like cigarettes. Also, if you are bringing the car, they will give you a ticket to leave in your car. If not, it will get towed across the hotel is a plaza with Target and a pizza restaurant that we tried, which was good. Also keep in mind that right next to the hotel is a train track -I didn’t mind it because I did not hear any train pass, but in the morning I did see.

location is convience and close to Chicargo airport, room is clean & cozy.

Clean modern hotel at a good price. There is a shopping mall across the street with many restaurants.

Location is clean, staff are friendly, breakfast attendant kept food well stocked. This is our second time staying, but this time around our shower didnt work. We only stayed two nights, so we dealt with the low water pressure.
