Quite an old hotel but the room was well upgraded but still have some old sink which was not replaced. The location well near the seaside and the swimming pool is next to the seaside.

Facilities are a bit old.The staffs here are friendly and very responsive. The location is great as it is very near to the beach and not far from shops and eateries. Kids love the pool. Breakfast is basic, nothing special. We were glad we chose this place as it was not crowded at all.

Nice view.
Easier to find food..
Breakfast , standard for the price.
But we come , monsoon time .
Hotel look scary , need more renovation.
The floor need more brighter.
The towel need to pay RM30 per piece.

Have to wait exactly at 3pm to get key to check in. We have waited for so long. Our room door ia faulty and have to called them to check 4 time for the 4 days we stayed there, it was so unpleasant stay for us as we have children whenever we go out and came back we cant open the door! We also unable to get high level storey as requested. Other than that we love the beach and the breakfast was nice, variety and wide range of food. Here also very hard to get grab or taxi service.

Overall i can say the hotel nice and the view is cool but the beach cannot use the water look not clean and swimming pool full of people as well the room nice and clean but amenities poor no activity for kids wish for more performance

Overall it was not a happy experience. First day check in we ended up waiting for 1hr to get our room. Room was ok just some stain here and there. Out of 3 towel only 1 was clean. Other 2 have stain and even the bed. Is not a obvious stain so will still ok with it until bathing time, each time someone bathe the water pipe seem to be blocked, Doesn’t flow properly. Breakfast buffet was rather disappointing, option to choose was range but flavour not very nice. Me and my friends felt only the harsh brown & nugget is nice. Remaining soso only. Gotten more disappointed when we go back hotel room and the card sensor wasn’t working. The front counter ask someone to help us check and he said the sensor spoil need install a new wan but they didnt do it after we left but when we still in the room. Felt that the service this time wasnt as what the review said might be cos the hotel was fully booked. (Could be cos holiday) but still felt a rather disappointing trip.

Balcony with nice view.

Super horrible experience.
Check in supposed to be from 3pm. At 3pm, hotel claims that room are not ready. They blamed it on the team bonding activity the day before. Informed us that it will be ready in 5mins. 5mins later, claim that room is still not ready. Manager mentioned that checkin is “AFTER 3pm”, so it can be 4pm, 5pm etc. but unable to provide a proper time. At 3:45, Requested for full refund. Checked with manager and suddenly, 2 out of 3 rooms are ready. Asked us to wait for 1 more room. To which I declined, and requested for all 3 rooms, or refund all 3 rooms. After checking with that manager again, that 3rd room is magically ready.
The room is decent, albeit unpleasant smelling. Used cigarette box were still found left on the balcony.
Many other customers were stuck in the warm and unpleasant smelling lobby. Not just us.
Never staying again… better off with other hotels in Desaru.

Just okay but i will not repeat this hotel. Food some are good some are not but they keep refilling when runs out. The hotel is old, the bed is too hard. i think not worth for rm370+ per night. The staff is nice, view also nice.
