Highly recommend this hotel! The experience exceeded my expectations. The butler service was exceptionally warm and thoughtful, especially Shirley, who called beforehand to arrange the room – truly a nice touch. After checking in, they were always responsive and easy to communicate with whenever I needed anything. The room environment was excellent, and the 55th-floor lobby offers an incredible view. The hotel's decor is aesthetically pleasing, perfect for photos everywhere. Overall, the value for money is outstanding, with both service and facilities being top-notch. My stay was hassle-free and comfortable, making it perfect for both leisure and business trips. Definitely worth experiencing!

The room was spacious and bright, spotlessly clean, and the bedding was comfortable – more than enough space for three people. The amenities were comprehensive; it even came with a dehumidifier, which we found the housekeeper had thoughtfully turned on for us after we returned from our rainy outing. The packed breakfast was well-balanced and offered a good variety, ensuring we were both full and satisfied. The coffee, milk, and soy milk were all excellent too. It was also very convenient to arrange for a car to tour the mountains by simply notifying the front desk in advance, and the service was excellent. I will definitely choose to stay at this resort again if I come back.

The hotel is right next to the subway, making it very convenient to get to various attractions in Guangzhou. The hotel has its own parking lot, which is very friendly to those traveling by car. The hotel is clean, hygienic, comfortable and quiet.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and I'm still very satisfied and really like it. As soon as you enter the hotel, the air conditioning is a comfortable blast of cold air, and it smells great. There are many amenities available on the first floor. The front desk service was excellent; they even upgraded my room. The projector in the room was very clear, and everything was clean. As someone with sensitivities, I found the bedding very comfortable, and they clearly put a lot of thought into the pillows! I will definitely consider staying here again next time!

The location is quite good, but the road in front of the hotel gets really congested during rush hour. And with Guangzhou bus drivers cutting in recklessly, those driving themselves really need to watch out not to get scraped. My second minor gripe is that for some reason, the Mandarin Oriental is so insistent on canned Voss water. The problem is, as soon as you open these cans, water splashes out everywhere. I hope the MO can improve this mineral water next time I visit. Everything else was great; the room was very tidy, and the cleanliness and attention to detail were also excellent.

The three beds were soft and comfortable, guaranteeing a great night's sleep. The room was also equipped with complete and practical facilities, all spotlessly clean. The hotel's hot spring was definitely a highlight, offering a rich variety of pools with perfect water temperatures. Soaking in the hot springs felt like all my fatigue just melted away. The surrounding scenery was beautiful too; it was incredibly relaxing to enjoy the views while soaking. The hotel's service also deserves high praise. The staff were warm, attentive, and always willing to help. Whether it was checking in or resolving other issues, they were very efficient. I will definitely choose this place again next time!

As a returning guest, this is always my top choice for a hotel in Huadu, whether it's a weekend or a weekday stay. The rooms are very spacious, the service is excellent, and the breakfast is quite varied. The hotel offers hot springs and a swimming pool, but what I love most is the incredibly high vegetation coverage. The rooms are surrounded by lush, verdant trees, with blossoms falling everywhere. In the mornings, I enjoy walking to breakfast while listening to the delightful bird songs. The hotel is nestled by a lake at the foot of a mountain, which I absolutely adore – it's so serene and peaceful. At night, watching the moon from my room's balcony with a gentle breeze blowing is incredibly therapeutic. This will always be my go-to hotel in Huadu.

The hotel's attention to detail was evident everywhere. Every evening, we received a delightful dessert, which was both heartwarming and comforting, adding a special touch to our stay. The room itself was elegant and comfortable, with complete and tidy facilities, ensuring a peaceful and pleasant stay. The location is excellent, making travel convenient. The combination of attentive service and incredible views offers exceptional value for money and an outstanding experience. This is my go-to hotel every time I'm in Guangzhou for a business trip, and it's genuinely great! It's a convenient 6-8 minute walk to the subway station, making getting around super easy. Downstairs, on both sides, there are tons of eateries, so you'll never have to worry about finding food. The hotel's decor has a fantastic vibe and a great style. The public area has washing machines and dryers, which is incredibly essential and practical, especially with Guangzhou's hot and humid weather requiring daily laundry. In the rooms, the sink and shower are separate, which is particularly convenient when girls are staying together. The front desk and staff are all super friendly and welcoming, making for a very comfortable and heartwarming stay. By the way, on the way to the subway, there's an amazing cheong fun (rice noodle rolls) place, and their claypot rice is really authentic. There are also bakeries and duck specialty shops, offering a wide variety of delicious options for everyday cravings. It's excellent value for money, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Guangzhou!
