GGuest UserExcellent stays. Every staffs are very friendly and nice. They are helpful while seeing we have alot to carry. The hotel is very connivence to BTS station and we hardly get wet while commute to other places.
Also the bar is very closey and warm for chit chat.

DDONG SIR31The Peninsula in Bangkok exudes old money charm. While the facilities aren't the newest, its nostalgic classic ambiance, along with the overall service and quality, remain top-notch. For breakfast, you can choose between a quiet indoor setting or an outdoor spot by the Chao Phraya River. The location isn't the most convenient for getting around; I used Gaode Maps for all my rides, which I found easier than Grab. Iconsiam mall is a 7-minute walk away, or you can take the hotel's complimentary shuttle boat from the pier next to the hotel restaurant. It departs every half hour for a 5-minute scenic ride on the Chao Phraya straight to the mall.

AAnonymous UserI stayed at this hotel for one night last week to celebrate my birthday. Before booking, I did some research online and saw many reviews saying that the hotel would prepare a birthday cake and a handwritten card, which made the experience very special. Because of this, I chose to stay here and even noted in my reservation that it was for a birthday celebration.
Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. First, my room was only ready more than an hour after the promised check-in time. When I finally entered the room, there was no cake, no handwritten card, and no sign of any birthday arrangement. Considering the reviews I had read, this gave me a very poor first impression. Later, after I asked about it, the hotel arranged balloons and champagne. While I appreciated the gesture, it was disappointing that I had to request it myself — this should not be the case at a five-star hotel. It also felt inconsistent, as it seems some guests receive the full experience while others do not, which feels like unfair treatment.
On the positive side, the location is excellent and the staff were polite and professional, and since the room was delayed, they did arrange a late check-out for me.
Overall, while the location and staff attitude were good, the lack of consistency and disappointing handling of a special occasion made the stay fall below my expectations. I would not consider staying here again in the future.

SSom-0Our stay at Madi Paidi was nothing short of exceptional — a true five-star experience from the welcome drinks to check-out. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely cared for. Their attentiveness and warmth were beyond anything we expected.
When my son became unwell during our stay, the team didn’t hesitate to offer to drive us to the doctor and continued to check in throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. That level of care is rare and deeply appreciated.
By our second morning, the staff already knew our preferred breakfast drinks — a small but thoughtful touch that speaks volumes about their service. The hotel itself is stunning: immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and wonderfully intimate. The boutique size gave it a warm, homely feel — a perfect retreat!
After we settled in on our first night, they surprised us by offering a larger room to more comfortably accommodate our family of four, at no extra cost. Talk about going above and beyond.
Location-wise, it’s fantastic. Big shopping malls like Emporium and Terminal 21 are just a couple of BTS Skytrain stops away, and there are plenty of 7-Elevens, local restaurants, pharmacies, and massage places all within walking distance.
We will absolutely be returning the next time we’re in Bangkok. If you’re looking for a clean, modern hotel with truly outstanding service, Madi Paidi is the place to stay. Highly recommend!

The Siam resort, designed by internationally acclaimed architect Bill Bensley, features breathtaking design and decor, with stunning details at every turn. We were upgraded to a villa with a private courtyard, and our room was beautifully appointed with antique pieces. The breakfast was absolutely delicious.

GGuest UserThe room was great, however the shower doesn’t have bathmat（I mean the non-slip mat) I have checked the room in details still couldn’t find it.
Also I reckon the staff service was friendly but the accent can be hardly understood….I have studied in the states for more than 6 years, I am not from English speaking country but the working language is still English…I suggest either the staff speak slowly or learn speaking in Uk/US accent.
