Changsha Rongtong Great Wall Hotel

The hotel felt clean and comfortable overall, and its location was excellent, making it convenient to get anywhere. Special thanks to the lobby manager who made us feel right at home. We'll definitely choose Changcheng Hotel again next time we visit Changsha.

Everything was great. Facilities: The decor is new, well-maintained, and uses luxurious, high-quality materials. Cleanliness: Very clean and hygienic, with complimentary bathtub liners provided. Environment: The ambiance is luxurious, with spacious areas and an impressive lobby. Breakfast was also good. Service: The service was professional and enthusiastic. We even received a complimentary upgrade to a lake-view room. Overall, I'm very satisfied. I'll definitely come back again.

The room was clean, quiet, and well-insulated, with no strange odors. The location was incredibly convenient, not far from any of the attractions – just a few minutes by scooter. Breakfast was also clean and hygienic.

Unexpectedly good! The room was spacious and clean, and the location is super convenient, really close to Wuyi Square city center. It's also easy to get around by subway. The breakfast was especially rich and featured many Hunan specialties, which was a pleasant surprise. A truly delightful hotel!

This is our second stay at this hotel, and it was still at our kids' insistence that we come back. The facilities are excellent and very new, and the rooms are spacious. The cleanliness is top-notch, neat and tidy, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer fantastic views. In summary, what really attracts us to this hotel is first, their service; second, the room facilities that make you feel right at home; and third, the comprehensive, healthy, and delicious breakfast. Additionally, they have dedicated hotel butlers who are available to assist with any needs at any time, always responding promptly – truly excellent! The complimentary cake was also delicious, and they sell it in the lobby too! Next time we visit, this will definitely be our first choice again!

Extremely satisfied. The service, ambiance, and facilities all meet five-star hotel standards. The butler service was excellent, and the foot bath in the evening was incredibly comfortable. They even provided an extra complimentary breakfast for the child. Thumbs up! 👍🏻

I checked in at midnight and checked out early the next morning after a quick night's sleep. But I slept really well, the bed was super comfortable! It was also quiet and very close to the subway, with plenty of food options nearby. The front desk lady even gave me a souvenir when I checked out. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Changsha!

Pros: The hotel is relatively new, with spacious rooms and a military theme, making it great for families with kids. It's conveniently located near tourist attractions. We received a military-themed doll upon check-in, and the breakfast was decent. The front desk staff were friendly and even provided a free children's breakfast and snacks. Cons: The room temperature was too hot and couldn't be adjusted; we had to turn off the air conditioning. The internal facilities were a bit limited.
