CitiGO Hotel Lujiazui Shanghai

The room was very comfortable. The location is excellent, with great amenities nearby. The night view from high up is romantic, and the service is warm and friendly, making you feel right at home.

The location is unbeatable, surrounded by all sorts of shops, and transportation is super convenient. I booked this for a friend visiting me in Shanghai. It's a HUAZHU budget hotel; the room isn't huge, but it's very clean and tidy. A robot delivers items, and the guy at the front desk was really nice, even giving us roses for Women's Day. The feature wall has a hand-drawn map of Shanghai, which was perfect for my out-of-town friend to learn a bit about the local geography. It's a pretty good hotel overall.

Stayed here with my kids and the front desk thoughtfully gave us red envelopes, which my children loved. The bed was very comfortable, and the location is excellent, really close to Shanghai's 'three-piece suit' (referring to the three iconic skyscrapers) – we just walked there. My only small complaint is that the room was a bit small. 🤭

The room was a bit small, but it was really convenient for getting to Shanghai Tower, which was only a 10-15 minute walk away. The subway station was also about a 10-15 minute walk, and there's another station right by Shanghai Tower. I forgot to take pictures. The hotel entrance was a bit unconventional compared to most, opening straight into a semi-open restaurant.

The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation. The front desk staff are warm and attentive. The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities and comfortable bedding, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast had a rich variety and tasted good. Overall, I had a very satisfying experience and will definitely stay here again.
