HanTing Hotel (Shenzhen Haiya Binfen City)

The environment is beautiful, and the hotel itself is very new. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming. Overall, I had a great experience.

This hotel experience was really good. The location is convenient, with plenty of breakfast and snack shops nearby, making it easy to grab a bite to eat daily. The room was spacious and bright, and the environment was quiet, so I had a very comfortable stay. The staff's service attitude was quite good, and overall, it was a pleasant stay.

It smelled musty, and the toilet wasn't a bidet, so it splashed. The soundproofing was absolutely terrible; I could hear every word from the next room.

Overall, it was a very good experience, and its proximity to the subway station was convenient. There's also a large shopping mall nearby, making shopping and dining very convenient. However, the best part was the exceptionally warm and helpful front desk service. I would definitely choose this restaurant again next time. I always choose this restaurant when I come to Shenzhen; it's always a great choice. The breakfast selection is also very diverse, with a mix of Chinese and Western dishes that the children and family enjoyed very much. Highly recommended!

The room type wasn't great on the first day, which dampened my experience. Luckily, the front desk staff helped me change rooms on the second day, so I still gave it a five-star review.
