Absolutely terrible! There was a huge pillar in the room, and housekeeping went through my belongings and threw away all my shipping receipts. It's incredibly frustrating. What a horrible hotel!

The room was clean and hygienic, and the accommodation environment was comfortable.

The hygiene was acceptable, but the facilities barely met Hanting's minimum standards. The breakfast cups weren't clean, and there was a musty odor in both the lobby and the room. Overall, it's the lowest tier Hanting; it has everything you need, but the comfort level isn't very high.

Great stay, I was here for two days. They have smart robots, and the surrounding area is very lively, making it perfect for soaking in the Shenzhen atmosphere. The cleanliness was also very good. Overall, it's an excellent choice for a short stay in Nanshan.

Service: The lady at the front desk was incredibly friendly and polite, always ready to help with any problems.

Great location, about a 10-minute walk to the nearest subway station. There are plenty of convenience stores and small restaurants nearby. The A/C worked great.
