Location is extremely convenient, nearby MRT exit and a taxi pick up point. There is a nice garden in front of the hotel, you can go to China Twon as well as Clarke Quay in a walking distance.

The hotel facilities were out of order, but the staff had a great attitude. They upgraded us to a window-view double room since one became available at night! Very satisfied!

Location is very good. And one of cheapest hotel in this area. Should walk until nearest metro station. Check in and Check out is should proceed by myself. There ia a phone on ground floor for it. Sugar, coffee and water are available on ground floor. There is no windows in the room. If don't use air condition then it feels no fresh air in the room. I suggest turn on it. Room is clean. Cleaning room is available every 3 days. Check hotel message before check in (trip.com message). There are some steps to do it and it helps.

Good location and good price. That is all you get. Staff is there only in limited time. No extras, no breakfast. My room had the dirtiest floor I have ever seen - just check the photos, no one cleaned it in months probably.

Overall, I think it was good. The location was particularly excellent. The bed was clean and comfortable. The staff were also very kind and stored our luggage for us.
What bothered me was the poor drainage. When the exhaust fan was turned off, a sewage smell seemed to fill the room. I urge them to improve this. Also, I think the instructions for using the TV could be explained a bit more clearly.
