We had a lakeview club room. The view was stunning, calming in the day and vibrant at night. The club lounge was relaxing and the staff extremely helpful and polite. Transport links were excellent with a metro station close by and many of the city’s sights a short distance away. The Jinji lake area is full of attractions in its own right with the Music Fountain a particular highlight. The only minor point is a lack of decaffeinated tea and coffee as an option in the hotel. Otherwise, excellent!

I had a fantastic stay at Crowne Plaza Suzhou. The staff was excellent — professional, warm, and always ready to help with a smile. The service truly made a difference and added to the overall comfort of my trip. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Suzhou!

We had a fantastic stay at Crowne Plaza. The staff were so polite and all speak fluent English. Breakfast was delicious and room service was 10/10. Room was clean and beautiful. We will definitely be back.

Front desk team coral, zhao jing, penny and Elaine and the team displayed exemplary service. The hotel staff is generally very helpful and friendly. They have alot of facilities and the indoor playground is very clean and well maintained. They listen well to our queries and try their best to help when needed. Will definitely recommend this place.
The shopping mall is also a 10 minutes walk and it is huge.

Nice location right next to the Jingji Lake and short walking distance to the huge DongFangzhimen shopping centre where you can find numerous restaurants! The subway station is right underneath. Also, it equips a very good gym and pool.

This is an amazing hotel. One really feels like you are on a ship. It is family friendly so it is great to enjoy with family or just your friends. All the little details truly make this hotel a must to visit. Will definitely be back.

Awesome hotel strategically located at Jinji Lake. Very convenient for shopping at Suzhou Centre Mall and the Suzhou landmark parabolic tower.
Hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful in particular Jessie spoke very good English who made our stay very enjoyable with our birthday celebrations and free cake and decorations.
