Hotel is quite new. Toilet is well designed and water will not splash out into dry area. Water pressure is very good. Room size is big and cosy. There is a washing machine in the tatami room but they don't provide any detergent. Bell boy is very humble and hardworking who double up as house keeping in the night. Hotel operates like an budget hotel though it is an international brand. The reception will hand over toothbrushes and one comb for your whole stay when you check in like those very cheap budget motels. House keeping is the most lazy and intrusive I have ever encountered. They do not change your bedsheets and pillow cover even if you ask them to. Instead of doing their jobs to replace tissues, toilet rolls and towels etc, everyday they will ransack all your cabinets to check if you have kept any extra towels and they will replace the number of towels they think is appropriate. I usually keep an extra towel for my baby daughter as she needs it for extra cleaning. The house keeper will go through the whole room and check the extra towels that you have kept. If you keep one, they replace one on the rack. If you keep 2, they will not replace any new towels. This is the task they are doing instead of what they are suppose to do. They do not want to vacuum the rooms every day. They do not clean the nepreso machine and replace any teabags. I have enjoyed better services in a USD10 Ho Chi Minh motel than this hotel. I think the management should review the integrity of the house keeping policy and personnel.

I like the hotel very clean also reception very good for help us on breakfast very good
