The rooms are great, the environment is nice, the service is good, and the meeting room is also good. Other: The East Building has a laundry room, but the West Building doesn't. It would be great if they could add one in the West Building. The gym is quite spacious.

This is my go-to hotel every year for the exhibition. It's super close to the exhibition hall and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The subway station is about a 900-meter walk away. Overall, the facilities and service are consistently great.

The room was clean, the environment was quiet, and the service was thoughtful.

The hotel entrance was refreshingly cool. The concierge was very attentive and proactively helped with my luggage. At check-in, Karina at the front desk addressed me by my last name throughout the process, and checked me in very quickly. Overall, it was a great check-in experience.

Stayed here with a friend who's a 40N Platinum member. We got an upgrade to a higher room category and complimentary lounge access. The lounge offerings were very generous. The room was newly renovated and felt fresh. Customer service also proactively reached out and offered us breakfast. The staff were all very enthusiastic.

Before my arrival, I received a call from Wenli Liu, the Assistant Manager of Guest Relations, who asked about my arrival time and any special requests. She kindly upgraded me to an executive floor room and prepared a fruit platter. Upon arrival, she thoughtfully told me to contact her anytime if I needed assistance. The room was clean and tidy with a great view. The staff on the executive floor were also very polite, and the room was tidied up promptly every day. The hotel's breakfast selection was quite rich and varied. It's an ideal place for business trips.

I really have to give a huge thank you to Lucy, the hotel's loyal customer manager. She reached out to me before my business trip stay and ever since then, whenever I'm in Chengdu and stay at the Holiday Inn, Lucy takes care of everything in advance – room assignments, invoices, you name it. I don't have to worry about a thing. Because of her, I now exclusively stay at the Holiday Inn when I'm in Chengdu. This time, I came with a few friends for May Day, and Manager Liu (Lucy) once again arranged everything perfectly, and my friends were all very satisfied. Since it was a leisure trip this time, I actually had a chance to notice how detailed and interesting the hotel lobby's decor is, with a distinct Chengdu feel. Even though it's more of a business hotel, the service and attention to detail are consistently excellent.

Had a very pleasant stay! The hotel facilities were excellent, and the breakfast offered a great variety. The front desk service was attentive and thoughtful. The hotel's location is also fantastic, making it super convenient for dining out and shopping. I'd definitely choose to stay here again if I get the chance!
