Ruitai International Hotel (Wuhan Tianhe Airport Aviation Headquarters Subway Station)

Checked in on August 27th, changed from a king to a twin bed on September 1st. On September 8th, we found a boarding pass that wasn't ours under the bed. There's no gap under the bed, but there is between the nightstand and the bed. The boarding pass was dated August 29th, which proves the cleaning wasn't thorough. Every time we extended our stay, we couldn't open the room door at night. In the morning, we were packing and heard crickets.

Honestly, it was just okay. I booked it because it looked like a high-end hotel, needing a place to rest after a late-night flight. In the morning, when I tried to check in early, the front desk didn't even look at me and said I couldn't check in yet. Once I got to the room, there was some unknown stuff on the sheets, and the soundproofing wasn't great either.

The room was very comfortable, and the front desk service was excellent.

Booked this hotel for my parents. The room was spacious and very clean. Since they had a layover, they were picked up around 2 AM, and then dropped off at the airport the next morning. The service was very thoughtful, and the airport pickup was quick. The breakfast had a good variety too. Overall, everything was excellent and it was great value for money! Clean and hygienic, with a convenient shuttle service that was well-timed. The environment was lovely, and the breakfast was great – it was the only hotel I've stayed at where all the dishes were served hot. Thumbs up! 👍

The hotel is quite close to the airport, less than a fifteen-minute drive away. There's plenty of parking available, and electric vehicle charging stations on the ground level, which is very convenient. The room itself was great, well-equipped, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast also offered a good variety.

The hotel environment is great, and Xiao Zhu provides excellent, enthusiastic service. The invoicing process was quick. I'll definitely stay here again for my next business trip.

I've stayed at many airport hotels, and Ruitae definitely deserves five stars. **Service** - Full marks! They proactively offered a blanket for my child, which was very thoughtful. When I asked for an extra pair of slippers, they immediately provided children's indoor slippers. **Facilities** - My child was thrilled to see a robot enter the elevator when we were checking in. **Environment** - The zero-pressure mattress was great for sleep; both adults and children slept soundly. The soundproofing was excellent, and the location was perfect – no airplane noise at all. **Breakfast** - Full marks! The steamed dumplings, siu mai, and mini pumpkins were delicious. The shuttle driver was very enthusiastic, helped with our luggage, and was polite and attentive. A pleasant surprise was the little note next to the elevator during check-out: "To those on the road to the future, may you have much joy, lasting peace, and may all your wishes come true." I'm deducting half a point for a minor cleaning oversight around the sink and vanity mirror (a bit dusty), but it's not a big deal.
