The room was on the first floor, and the window in the room overlooked the corridor, why the windows in the room at all then? Dirty bath, traces of shoes throughout the bathroom, dirty sheets and towels, the smell in the room is terrible, very noisy, breakfast consisted of cereals and yogurt with bread, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone... the room was not comfortable

The hotel was pretty nice, and the staff was friendly. It's just about the only decent hotel near downtown Detroit that isn't way overpriced. The neighborhood is a little on the sketchy side, but still not too bad.

Would only recommend if your travelling on a budget.

Loved it here it was very private and not a lot of noise staff was very helpful

This was about 10 minutes from little Caesar arena.This made me want to enjoy the time it the arena.

The staff was rude from the very first phone call. Refused to take our reservation over the phone. When we arrived we found out there was a $100 deposit that was required-talked to others in our group-they were not charged that fee. I tried to talk to the girl at the front desk she wanted no part of listening to me. Our entire group ( we were there for state wrestling finals) and our keys were all uncoded for our 2nd night. So after a long day we ALL had to go to the office and get new keys. The rooms were dirty-very dirty. Hair in the shower, our friends room had glass on the flower and messages left from Valentines Day on the counter. Almost no hot water-the front desk person had no way to get extra towels. Rooms had 2 towels with a 4 person occupancy. We tried to book somewhere else but due to the wrestling finals we couldn’t find any other place with availability. This is not a Baymont standard hotel and we are very dissatisfied. I will be disputing these charges with my bank.

The room is really disappointing. If you don't mind the price, try not to choose it. The carpet is moldy, the facilities in the room are old, the air conditioner is very noisy, the service staff is disappointing, there are many black people staying, and I really don't feel safe. Fortunately, my family traveled with me, otherwise I would be scared to death. The room is poorly soundproofed, the flushing of the toilet is very loud, the talking in the corridor is very loud, and the laughter and play in the middle of the night really affect my rest, and I dare not complain. The service staff are all black, and the receptionist is a warm and smiling black girl. Fortunately, we brought our own daily necessities to make up for the lack of hygiene. I will not stay here next time.

It's close to downtown. Close to Comerica Park and Renaissance Center. There is a sandwich shop right in front. There is a supermarket a short walk away.
