The staff were so friendly. It was our 6 year anniversary and we had to book this hotel after leaving an air bnb nightmare. We ended up in a beautiful room.

Booked a double queen luxury room and was told at checkout that I booked a king size bed. They did absolutely nothing for me other than give me a rollaway bed free of charge Extremely disappointed with ******* and MGM Resorts for not giving me the room I paid for.

All of the above excellent service, I will be going back very soon, towards the end I feel a little bit because the last three people didn’t get tips, make sure you have those 20s on deck for the workers working in the weather conditions, if you ain’t got it, you shouldn’t be going big facts, but the three I miss I got you when I get back Big facts

The staff were incredible 10/10. We were surprised at the lack of care in the amenities. The pool and hot tub in the locker room were especially disappointing. It was kind of a surprise too to see that things like the sauna and coffee area were never available during our stay. I’m also concerned there may be a glitch in their system that is meant to notify people when their room is ready. We showed up a little early with no expectations of getting in and the kind woman behind the counter took us through the check in process and that we’d be all set. they’d send a text when our room is ready. We waited for 35 minutes pass check in time and finally went back to see if our room was ready. We’re not upset at any of the staff about this- they are all clearly doing their best!

Spotless room and great amenities. Only downfall is parking being so far. They do have free valet but don’t like using valet.
