"Help with luggage was great coming and going. Wasn't happy with being denied extra bottles of water at front desk. It's water. Refrigeration could have been colder. Freezer part did not freeze my ice cream. The view was perfect. The pics of musical artist are a plus. Our room was not cleaned, not sure why, seemed to be a mix up with staff assignments. We had to ask for more towels and linen. We ubered to where we had to go, but just looking on the valet staff are very friendly and courteous to everyone. This is our 3rd time lounging here. We will return."
