High quality given the town and category of hotel, but a bit distant from the town centre. Obviously a local favorite for weddings, as I saw many handsome grooms and beautiful brides during my stay!

過年回來第二次入住了 這次住的時間還蠻久的 續了兩次房，check in的時候前台小姐姐給升了房 還送了一人份早餐 還覺得挺不錯的。每天有開夜床，有新的歡迎水果，各方面都滿意，房間都沒毛病。夜裡叫冰塊也能滿足 本身都在期待值內。沒想到最後一晚噁心到家了。
也是餐廳關門後叫了冰塊、送來一盒冰塊，當晚喝的時候就看到很多渣子就覺得冰塊不乾淨 我在想是不是接的自來水凍冰塊，沒想到第二天起來打開後居然看見蟑螂在裏面！！去電了前台沒人來處理 後開服務中心人來了拿走了盒子説了抱歉可能爬進去了蟑螂🪳可是，蟑螂是被凍在了冰塊裏面，請問怎麼會是爬進去的 明明就是一直在冰塊水裡。打掃的服務人員以為是我這發現了蟑螂在冰塊容器所以淡定的拿來了殺蟲劑？？我當時就問號臉難道蟑螂經常出現在房間？？直到我出門了也沒人真正解決 我去前台反饋後有經理給我打電話説帶了東西來慰問我。回去後，一直道歉説會懲罰相關負責的員工 也不知道為什麼會出現這樣的問題。一直面帶微笑的希望我能接受道歉。實話説我不滿意這一系列話術和所謂把那天導師蟑螂出現在冰塊裏得員工扣工資補償給我做升房這種老套的建議，正常談話裏我並不舒服也不覺得真誠。這壺冰不是蟑螂爬進去那麼簡單 水是什麼水我都懷疑 裏面那麼多白色肉色的渣滓我覺得這比投抹布的水還臟還噁心，最後我説不要別的 給我升房套房吧畢竟我還要住最後一晚也不想換房了更不想折騰去檢查什麼的或者別的 噁心都噁心了 還能咋呢？換作北京 這蟑螂出現真的就完了。升房葉不是那麼順利 溝通很久 看了兩次房 先到了智能房 再是套房 最後換完了。事後半個月了吧 還是彆彆扭扭的 實際就這情況 無法評價酒店好壞與否畢竟一直以來的入住體驗不錯 衹能説 表面的不錯後面是否真的服務在線 每天床單是否真的有洗有消毒 杯子是否真的用乾淨的布擦乾淨了 馬桶有沒有做好好的馬桶圈清洗消毒 一切都得打問號
