Was a good experience. Bangladesh is a very dirty country but this hotel made us feel safe and secure. No food poisoning from food. All is good.

They somehow deleted my booking, so I sat in the foyer for six hours until someone worked out what was happening. To their credit, they found me another hotel when a manager took responsibility, but it cost me more and shouldn’t have taken as long to rectify. I have travelled for twenty years, and this is up with there with one of the worst experiences to date.

The room was good for Bangladesh, and it looked good in the photos, but the details were not very good. There was dust and a lot of dirt on the carpet, probably because they didn't vacuum. The toothbrush cup in the bathroom was very dirty, so I used a glass water cup to rinse my mouth.

The room is quite large and it is convenient to eat around. The room is quite new. Clean

There were two bath towels, but both were dirty. The bath mat was extremely dirty and unusable. The cleaning was also poor and the room was dirty. The closet and towel rack were positioned so high that I, who am 152 cm tall, had to stretch to reach them. The bathtub was very long but not wide. There were no handrails, so if you lie down you have to hold on to the edge of the bathtub, which is dangerous. There are no restaurants, cafes, or shopping around the hotel.

The hotel does not sell alcohol. There are a lot of mosquitoes, so you need to wear full protection. There is a bar in front of the hotel, but it is dark and you can't see how the food looks. However, the food is delicious.

The service is very meticulous and attentive, definitely exceeding the five-star service level. I feel fully valued and respected. There is no barrier to communicate with the front desk in English. The Biyarni in the hotel restaurant is a Bangladeshi specialty, which is very suitable for Chinese people and is worth a try.

The room is clean, the facilities are relatively new, the staff is friendly, there are many breakfast options, and the dinner tastes good. The only drawback is that the tap water is yellow, maybe there is a problem with the water filtration system, hope it can be improved
