The staff were all so kind and treated us like family. The location is convenient, close to Notun Bazar in Baridhara. Although the surrounding roads are busy, it was quiet inside the room. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Bangladesh in the future. The only downsides were that the shower sometimes didn't have hot water, and there were cobwebs on the ceiling. Overall, it's a very good hotel for the price!

Excellent location. Although I stayed for multiple nights, my room was never cleaned but I didn't mind. Breakfast was lacking (most of it were carbs). But will stay here again due to its excellent location and good and spacious room.

Breakfast at here are simple and if you want good location to stay here is a good place. Nearby to all embassy. A good place to stay.

Good value for money, and the cleanliness is fair for the price. The location is also great, situated in the embassy district. It's just two blocks away from the bustling Gulshan Avenue, where hotels typically cost over 1000. The air quality and traffic in Dhaka, however, are really something else.

We stayed at this hotel for our U.S. Embassy interview, and its location was extremely convenient as it is very close to the embassy. The room was clean, comfortable, and well organized. The staff were also very polite, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting for a U.S. Embassy interview.

The Indonesian karate referees stayed at BLOSSOM for the Asia Referee Examination and found it very comfortable.

Bad food, some staff are not very customer oriented but others are great. Hotel was fully booked i ended up with a room and bedsheets not very clean. Chinese meals were so bad that I had to leave the food as is after just one bite. No kettle or coffee. When inaksed for water bottles the 2nd day, they asked me to order it to the restaurant but came with a bill, very small amount but in principle it is wrong advice. Reception person was very kind but the rest of the hotel looks very unprofessional. Needs to improve hotel management. The only plus point is the location close to Gulshan in a reasonable price. Photos often do not match with the reality.

The friendliness off the staff was great, the service was great. They attend every single request.

The environment was nice. Behaviour of the staffs was very good. It does worth the money.

Great value for the price, especially since there were no mosquitoes in the room. The front desk staff was also very friendly. Highly recommend!

To cancel my reservation I called them over phone many times but they didn’t pickup the phone. Very unprofessional behaviour.
