The resort was very modern and clean. It's location is a bit further from the hustle and bustle of Da Nang downtown but not far enough that it's an inconvenience. The distance meant that the beaches are less crowded, ideal for a more relaxing and private beach retreat. The staff was very attentive, going so far to even ensure our stay was pleasant especially when we had some minor complaints for some issues in our room. They were very quick to resolve it too. The spa was also very relaxing with unique ginseng oils from Sulwhasoo. The mango Bingsu and unique Vietnamese cocktails are a must try! Breakfast was delicious and abundant too. The room was very clean and comfortable with good soundproofing. Overall a very very pleasant stay and a highly recommended stay.

Stayed 3N with my parents jn the Premier Deluxe Family Twin Ocean View Hotel. Room was spacious, clean with a nice view. We really enjoyed the breakfast spread. One of the night, we had dinner and it was great too. We booked the Swedish massage and it was relaxing. Will definitely again if we were to visit Danang again :)

Absolutely wonderful, lives up to its 5 star ranking. Super clean. Breakfast food amazing yummy and included a wide selection of food. Only complaint is the location but I knew that and booked to go both hoi an and da nang.

The best part is the room view. Since it's a resort, there are very few restaurants around, but there are dining restaurants in the resort, so it's good to use. The food quality is good. It was very satisfying because it included a Monogram lounge and a minibar. Also, the hotel staff were all kind :)

Modern, tasteful design. Very well maintained throughout. Great service, very friendly staff with a warm and "nothing is too much trouble" attitude. The rooms were very comfortable and well designed. The pool area is amazing, with a combination of sun lounges and day beds, with a private beach directly in front of the pool area. And the grass lawn between the pool and the beach was immaculate.

it is the best hotel in my life exactly. every person of this hotel is super kind and professional. nice view , clean , wide place. and i really want to recommend to everyone to have dinner at dining restaurant. pasta , burger , wine , everything is sooooooooooo good. i wish monogram not to be changed for current service. im coming back soon to korea with big happy memories. thx! The best resort if your purpose is relaxation The facilities are more expensive than other resorts in Danang But it is the best place to go to Hoi An A little boring for elementary school students

I booked this hotel because it comes to mind when I think of Danang! Rather than expecting the service of Shilla Hotel The hotelier at the travel destination was Vietnamese, but he spoke Korean and took care of the service, so it was good. Manager Suri gave me a late checkout package and an anniversary coupon! However, I didn't have time to use it 😅 It would have been nice if they gave me a cake for my wedding anniversary They only serve cake on my birthday ㅜㅜ I don't really like sparkling wine, so I couldn't drink it I've been to many hotels in many countries, but the swimming pool is really pretty. However, the middle pool, kids' pool, and sand play area didn't feel clean. I took a lot of life shots from the beach and had a good meal thanks to the kimchi pickles... but the breakfast was a bit disappointing. The bed and room were comfortable and nice while I was there. They said the mango bingsu here is famous but I couldn't eat it because I ate a lot of mango for a few days, so I'm sad. Thank you for a pleasant stay^^

This trip was for me, and I wanted to enjoy a vacation alone, and this was the perfect accommodation for that. Most of the guests were Korean, so it felt like home, but I was satisfied with the kindness of the staff and the great facilities of the gym, pool, and sauna.

It was good as expected from Shilla. The location is a bit ambiguous. I think it would be good for those who enjoy a staycation. It was good that Antoy was delivered. I was a little embarrassed because they did my makeup while I was out for breakfast. And after using the pool, I went out and came back, but it wasn't cleaned up... This was inconvenient, but when I asked for new towels and a robe, they brought it right away. The bathroom layout seems to be a problem. The toilet door is almost like a motel door, so I think couples in particular will be very concerned.

We booked a 3-night ocean view family twin room for a family of 4, and checked in at around 6:30 on the first day. We were assigned to the 2nd floor, but the view was completely blocked by the structure. We went down to the lobby to request a room change, but they said there were no rooms available because they were late. We booked an ocean view, but the view was blocked by the structure, so we couldn't see anything. We asked to be moved to a higher floor, wondering if we had to stay like this for the entire 3 nights. They said that it was on the 5th floor, but the view was worse, and showed us a room where we could only see the walls... When we asked to change it tomorrow, they said there were no rooms available, and they didn't seem sorry. After that, I got angry and complained a little more, and they said they would let us know after talking to the manager. Then they said that there was a double room (a room with one bed, not a family room) tomorrow, so we could change to that room at 5 PM, and they would put in an extra bed. We can check in at 3 PM for general check-in, but we're changing to a double room at 5 PM..? I protested, asking if it was reasonable, and they said they would do it at 1 o'clock. Then I asked how they would compensate me for staying tonight, and they discussed it again.. They said they would give me a coupon for 320,000 won...mango bingsuㅋㅋㅋㅋ I was angry, but Korean communication was not smooth, and the staff's attitude was like everyone was getting the same amount of money and no one complained..The 5th floor room only had a wall, so they gave me the 2nd floor.. I felt frustrated, wondering why they were complainingㅎㅎ I felt like they had a poor understanding of the ocean view. I opened my eyes in the morning and the view outside the window was...ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ The next day, around 4 PM, they told me to come down after packing my bags and come down, saying they would give me a new room key (I thought they would just tell me to come get the key or give it to me...). The family all went down and then went back up. The extra bed was not softer, and it was too short for my tall husband, so I had to sleep uncomfortably with my feet out. I chose Shilla because there is no hot spring in Da Nang.. I really won't go there again.. Before the change I'll upload a comparison photo later
