PALM SPRINGS HOTEL DILI

This is a five-star hotel with impeccable facilities. While it's a little outside the city center, it seems to be located in an upscale residential area with many embassies. Perhaps because of this, the clientele consists mostly of government officials and international organization personnel, with few tourists. In other words, I felt the services geared towards tourists were somewhat lacking.設備は申し分のない五ツ星のホテルです。場所は少しだけ市内中心部から離れていますが大使館などが点在する高級住宅地みたいです。そのためか客層は各国の政府関係や国際機関の人が多く旅行者はあまりいないようです。つまり旅行者向けのサービスは少し弱いように感じました。

I visited Timor-Leste for the first time on a solo trip and stayed at this new hotel for one night. Until the day before, I had been staying at another hotel where I had several unpleasant experiences. But everything changed once I moved here — the facilities are new and modern, and above all, every staff member I met was genuinely kind and welcoming. Thanks to them, my trip ended on a very positive note. The airport pickup was arranged quickly at a reasonable price, which was extremely helpful. If I visit Timor-Leste again, I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel. Highly recommended.
