I came to Great Trails Kodaikanal solo with my dog Puttu for a much-needed break, and I couldn't have chosen a better place. From the moment we arrived, Puttu was welcomed so warmly by everyone. He had the best time running around, sniffing the garden and exploring, and seeing him that happy made my trip. GRT is not just pet-friendly but really pet-loving! What touched me most was how considerate and courteous the staff were. Since I was alone with a pet and had to dine outside, they didn't make it awkward at all — they simply sent my dinner to the room with a smile. As a solo woman traveller, that kind of thoughtfulness means everything. The spa was the highlight for me. I took a body massage, a facial and a complimentary foot Apana ritual, and both therapists Emily and Alex were absolutely awesome. So skilled, gentle and professional. I even got to have Puttu lying right beside me during the session, which made it so relaxing and stress-free. The property itself is beautiful — misty views, very clean and cozy rooms, lovely garden and such a peaceful vibe. If you are looking for a safe, kind, and truly pet-friendly luxury stay in Kodai to just breathe and spend quality time with your fur baby, this is it. Location is very good Rooms were very clean Value for money Staffs were very welcoming and supportive Some of the amenities were not available due to off season (zipline & buffet spread for dinner)

Food is something truly special here for A to Zee people of India, with Continental cuisine also available. The hospitality of the staff, especially Revanth, is remarkable and made the experience even more memorable. Will definitely come back to explore more food varieties. Thanks to GRT Hotels for the wonderful experience.

Good service ,atmosphere is very nice, very relaxed

Everything good. All our special request were taken care. We had a special request and the team really shown a great concern and took our needs with full hearted and we felt so safe and comfort. Being a senior citizens The staff here were so kind and really took care of us like their own family members. We will certainly come back and thank you GRT for the great supper and memorable hospitality. See you all soon.

Great experience grt hotels good service

A must visit property. We travelled along with our pet and had an amazing experience. The staff is extremely good and caring, the food is excellent. We want to make special thanks to Mr. Santharaj for fulfilling our daily food needs, Ms Nathiya, Mr Hari and Mr. Thirupathi for handling the reception with their smiling faces. Thank you to Mr Pandey, Mr. Reventh, Mr. Rajkumar, Ms. Kim, Ms Rakini.. everyone for making our trip memorable.

We stayed as a family for 2 days at GRT and it was absolutely wonderful. The property is beautiful with an amazing view that we woke up to every morning! Like walking on the grass with amazing sunlight! But what made it truly special was the hospitality. The staff were so warm and attentive, they made us feel like part of their own family. From check-in to check-out, nothing was too much trouble. We also loved the amazing activities available inside the campus! Specially the guided nature walk ❤️ There was something to keep everyone entertained, from kids to adults. It never felt boring for a single minute. Overall, a perfect family getaway. Loved every bit of our stay. Thank you GRT for the memories!
