Absolutely disgusting! Dirty bedding, shower or toilet have never seen bleach or any cleaning products in its life.rubbish in bin's mark's from some sort of beverage on tops of table and bedside tables, basically the room hadn't been cleaned,no towels nothing,we had drove 5 hours and was absolutely knackered. After 2 visit's to the front desk and offering to change the bedding myself I didn't want to visit a 3rd time.the first visit was for one of our cups having fag ash in it, apparently the lad behind the counter said it had been cleaned 3 times! At that point I didn't bother as it would be more lies.the place looks like it's for people living in it and we got some persons room who was away for the night,as it smelt like stale sweat and after-shave.avoid at all cost..if you like to be cold and don't mind filth go ahead.even though it wasn't overly expensive I'd rather pay more for the cleanliness and hygiene..

Utterly shocking experience, booked 11 nights and had to check out after two nights, no heating, arrived to two dirty towels which didn't matter as I had no working shower for both days , got given a third that was also dirty, didn’t refund me properly as they overcharged for the nights I was there, please if you have any self respect don’t book here. The pics are the towels I was given.

AVOID. This is not a 3 star hotel. This is not worth a single penny. If I were to stay here again I would want to be paid…not pay myself. It is dirty and disgusting. We refused to stay in the first room they gave us across the street, moved us into another room that wasn’t much better at all. Across both rooms there was mould, damp, sweat marks on the duvet covers, cut offs of hair extensions on the floor, wrappers in drawers, dog hairs all over the floors, hair bobbles on the floor…all round GRIM. Do not stay here, stay in your car, stay on the street, stay anywhere but here. The manager said he had been moved from another hotel to make improvements…feel for him he can only do what he can, but that place should be condemned. The good and average reviews written I can only imagine are false from friends, owners, workers there etc. there is no one in this world that thinks that hotel is good. Don’t waste your money, stay somewhere else.

Does the job. Cleanliness is majorly lacking. Cutlery was all dirty at breakfast. Crumbs on the table in bedroom. At least bed is comfy tho

If I could give less than 1 star I would. The curtains were hanging off there was no proper wardrobe. The bathroom was filthy and there were no towels or toiletries.. when we arrived we walked in to the reception area which seemed to double as the buffet breakfast area. The decor is tired and don't think cleanliness is a high priority.

The Inn was in need of cleaning and updating. The mattress was uncomfortable, the breakfast, as it was, was disappointing. The toaster looked as though it had not been cleaned in weeks. I never saw a fresh pot of coffee on, just what was leftover and cold. Very seldom was there a staff person visible.

Positives: I liked the friendliness of the staff I encountered during my stay. They were really kind and understanding with us. Negatives: There were no heaters in my room, and it was colder than the bloody cold, empty vacuum of space. The watter pressure was really poor and there was no hot water at all, only Lukewarm at best. The ceiling in my room was very low down during to it being slanted and I hit my head several times. There was a hole in the wall behind the door and there were exposed cables in the room, one of them in my wardrobe and the gap where the cables were showing could easily fit an infant. The chair in my room by the desk looked like I was held together by the cheap glue sticks you find in schools that don't even work on paper. The ceiling in the corridor to my room was basically falling apart and collapsing. I had a really poor night's sleep as I had to stay fully dressed, shoes and all just so I wouldn't risk getting into a hypothermic state. Negatives: Now onto room 37. I went for a shower as soon as I went in and found the water pressure to be poorer than someone working in McDonalds and the heat of the water was the same temperature as a cup of tea that's been left outside unattended for about an hour. There were no towels in my room, and I had to use the throw over on my bed to dry myself and not walk about like a drowned rat. It was that bad that at half 2 in the morning I was that cold that I decided to leave the hotel and go to my lorry, which was warmer than a bloody building. I had 2 heaters in my room that didn't work at all.

Well. It’s certainly overpriced considering the poor quality of the interior of this hotel. Arrived at the hotel reception and yes we were greeted pleasantly by the front of house staff. We got asked to follow one of them to our rooms to be lead outside as the building were staying in was 45 seconds away. Our 2 bed room featured a TV balanced against the wall as no TV stand, cables all over the floor with various extensions attached to tv etc. Random Staines on the wall leading up the ceiling. The carpet is worn out throughout, Lino in bathroom coming up. No toiletries whatsoever. And if you are really lucky just like us on Saturday when the bar below open you get to rest your eyes to hard dance music! If the cost was 60% reduced for example I would have simply expected this but not at the price we paid. Away Dingwall was special and it will always be remembered that’s for sure!

Myself and 7 friends had 4 rooms booked here for 2 nights .The pictures on the *********** site totally belie the grim reality. We were shown our rooms and immediately 5 of us found another hotel to move to ,the other 3 stayed put ,but not through personal choice and most of us got (flea?) bites . This property is certainly not a hotel ,it was filthy ,our toilet had urine and toilet roll in the bowl, the shower head was half attached to the wall, some of the lights didn't work ,no hot water from the sink ,curtain half attached to rail, one wall half patched up/painted, the other walls filthy ,no towels ,hole in the carpet (out friends had a whole other list of things wrong in their rooms )This place needs to be closed down .
