Vibe Hotel Melbourne Docklands

The location is excellent — just across the road from The District Docklands, which is very convenient. However, the cleanliness could be improved. Overall, a great location, but more attention to cleaning would make the stay much better.

I had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, with all the facilities I needed. The staff were very friendly, respectful, and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The hotel’s location was convenient and provided easy access to nearby places. I was completely satisfied with my stay and would like to thank all the hotel staff for their excellent service.

The hotel is super nice and clean. Location is perfect for us because it is in the residential area with no crowded.

We stayed at Vibe Hotel Melbourne Docklands over the weekend and had a great experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and very spacious, with a lovely view. The bathtub was a real bonus and the range of toiletries provided was excellent. It was super easy to get into the city with a tram stop right out the front. Credit to the management for maintaining such a high standard throughout the hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

Sadly not a great experience. Overnight stay as we needed to be in th city early. Upon checking to our room we found dirty towels on the floor and the bed looking like it had been sat on. Both rectified as we had dinner downstairs in the restaurant. Fresh towels and bathmat delivered but no face washer Burger arrived to table after a long wait with a burnt bun but by that stage I was too hungry to send it back. Toilet kept running when flushed. Shower head had to be held up or it kept falling flat. We were compensated with a couple of free drinks. So much potential to be great but sadly lacking in our experience.

Checked in late but the hotel was good however cleanliness can be improved, great location though.

The breakfast buffet was good with more options then you'd expect. The room was clean with all the essentials, no toothbrush which I thought was included with the room. The spa was luke warm at best and the sauna has to be pre heated befoer you get in. Overall not bad but things to improve on.

Pretty happy with our stay here  on a Saturday night as a family of four. Room was clean. We were able to check in 2.5 hours earlier which was a bonus as we had our bags. Staff were friendly. Would have liked to have been told about other facilities on site at check in.
