The kitchen is a rare gas stove in an Australian hotel apartment, which is convenient for cooking. The swimming pool is small, but there is a 25 meter walkway, and there is a spa, sauna, and the night view of the Yarra River is also beautiful, which is really good value. The traffic is normal. It is close to the Southern Cross Station, but it is far from Federation Square, which means that it is not close to Chinatown and the main shopping area. It is close to the office area, which is suitable for business trips. The only pity is that its front office is beside a turntable, and there is no place to park for free around it. The only parking spaces that can be seen are also for the police. In this way, after you drive out of the garage, returning the keys is a very crazy thing. I don't know if anyone else solved it. I parked the car on the turntable, rushed in, threw the key and ran. . . . . . Too embarrassing. Check-in also has this problem, because its garage requires a key to go in. It can't be like other hotels. Stop in and then go out to check in. But if you do n’t check in, you do n’t have the key. . . .

Check-in on the first floor, after entering the room, the room is strange, I don’t want to sit low and change the room immediately, it’s not wrong, change the 11th floor, the view feels comfortable, the kitchen utensils are relatively old, the decoration is generally the same, the scenery is good~

Hotel location is very convenient, there is a tram station downstairs, about 10 minutes walk to southern cross station, , but there is a train in the morning, although more than 20 floors are high, the window is closed and the train has already been awakened. Overall health, facilities are complete. The only fly in the ointment is that I didn't make the check-in procedures clear earlier. Although I had been asked to pay $300 deposit one day earlier, I needed to enter the credit card information according to the link provided by email to pay the deposit. It was a bit unsafe. Although the deposit was refunded after the deposit, it also eroded the exchange rate difference. Generally, companies will only hold credit but not count. It is not official for the hotel, it may be just a unit owner or long-term tenant, and then sublet to tourists. Before I came over, I had already connected. I planned to pay the deposit when I arrived. When I arrived, I found that I was not in the hotel. I asked for a long time. I used the link to pay the deposit. The other party only sent a short message to explain how to electronic self-service check-in. I lived in Melbourne for several wine points. No one asked for a deposit. Really need and should come over to collect cash and return it immediately when leaving.

Location is very good because it is just next to a stop on the free tram system. There are shops and supermarkets nearby and some restaurants. You can also easily walk to the CBD, river and Southern Cross Station. It is relatively large and has plenty of amenities. The only negative was that the soft chairs are covered in highly visible greasy food and drinks stains. They should either use a faux leather or something or throws that can be washed. Also there seemed to be a huge excess of bedding which got tangled and uncomfortable. A simple duvet, sheet and two pillows would be better in my opinion. But otherwise, all good!

Location was excellent. Just in front is southern cross station and Spencer outlets. Coles , 7 11 and food stores just across. Otherwise, amenities in the room are the usual.
