Pleasant stay and very courteous staff. Hotel is older and had slightly musty smell on second floor. Breakfast adequate.
Desk clerk, Ryan, was super polite and knowledgeable about the town.

The check in went well and we were put on the first floor. Usually not a big deal. I noticed a metal bar Jammed into the window frame. The window would not latch. I requested to be moved to another floor but was told that was not possible because we booked through ********** and that the bar was in the window because it got extremely windy. I was very surprised by their inflexibility at our discomfort. The hotel was not crowded, plenty of other rooms.

The hotel was excellent, the night staff reception desk is wonderful. She's kind, thoughtful and caring afternoon shift was as well. the lady on the day shift, not so much.

Room was clean but smelled like pets . Also absolutely no dishes, pots and pans or utensils in kitchen so it is useless but we paid extra for a suite.

The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. Good breakfast. The ice machine wasn’t working on first floor so you had to use elevator to go up to 3rd floor for ice. Overall a very pleasant stay.
