Infra from the years '90. This hotel really needs a full refurbishing. Looks very very old. Outdated furniture, rooms , the bathroom is very old. I saw 1* hotels looks better than this one. The staff is trying their best. But when the hotels look like this is mission impossible.

Very bad hotel, old infra, lying customer service, late service, fake smiles, and promises. Never again. Worth mentioning that there's no management and no one can make a decision, even the decision of extending my stay for one more night due to business reasons cannot be resolved. Unbelievable and unworthy.

Excellent stay at Centro Capital. I was greeted at my arrival by a very friendly staff at the check-in (I had checked in online), which was very fast and efficient. The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom a bit small but the most important part, the shower box, was instead quite big. I don't mind saving space for the shower, especially since I am 194 cm... I dined in only the night of my arrival but had an excellent dinner. Loved the chicken byriani! Same for breakfast, only one time, but the buffet was amazing, you had everything you wanted. My only problem was with my neighboors in the adjacent room that would come back very late at night (3-4am) and put music on and being very loud. But that should not reflect on the hotel at all. I banged on the wall each time and they quieted down. The location is excellent, a 10' walk from the Bin Mahmoud metro station (gold line), which in one stop takes you to to Msheireb station where you can change to other metro lines and are at the entrance of Souk Wakif. Overall a great experience and I would definitely go back there.

I have experience nice servicefron the centro staff.. had a nice with them.. ..specially from swimming pool and gym.... malshan also very nice thank for service.. i will comeback again...... here feel me like home.. 5 star service thank everyone
