This hotel is a nightmare. There is only one waiter at the front desk in the entire hotel. No one answers the phone. There are no toiletries, no slippers, and no Internet in the room. No one even pressed the emergency button in the elevator. In the end, the room was not even cleaned. , there is only one towel in the whole room, there is garbage everywhere, it is a complete nightmare, do not stay here

I didnt like this hotel so much I was paying such a high price for which I could buy a room in a neighbouring hotel..which I did. I stayed here and paid 40,000qr.The housekeeping was not good..they missed cleaning my room on countless occasions, they have 2 gyms upstairs

I would like to say thank you to Mr. Bilal in the reception for giving us good stay on this hotel. The staff are friendly. I’m surely will be back on this hotel. Everything is here grocery store, coffee shop,restaurants, fast food and few km away from the beach. The hotel is a free hassle. Everything is convenient. Thank you everyone.
