However, due to a heavy rain, I was dissatisfied with the hotel's entire emergency response measures! The hotel's underground parking lot was fully open under construction. We parked our car on the B2 floor as requested by the hotel attendant. However, when we got up the next day, we told Sekisui to move the car. We found that the entire elevator was out of service and the hotel did not call us to notify us. Living on the 13th floor again, I quickly took the stairs to B2 to move my car. When I arrived at B2, the entire sewage in the elevator room covered my shoes! (And only the water in the elevator room was deeper than shoes!!!) The hotel did not arrange personnel to deal with it in time, so we had to wade through the water to move the car. The whole shoe was wet and we asked the hotel if there was any way to dry the shoes. However, we were told that we could only dry the shoes ourselves? ! I really don’t understand! !
